Tilapia Almondine

Tilapia Amondine

2lbs Tilapia or Trout (any white fish should work well)

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup melted butter

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

4-5 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)

chopped parsley (optional)

Cut filets into serving size portions.

Combine flour, salt, papricka in a pie plate or shallow dish and mix well. Roll the filets in the flour mixture and place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in a well greased baking dish.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the melted butter over the fish and BROIL (4 inches from heat) for about 10 minutes.

In a small skillet; saute almonds in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown, stirring constanty

Remove from heat and add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, & parsley. Mix well and spoon the mixture over your fish.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
